 There was a time when people used to say, “They don’t build new homes like they used to “and it was probably correct. But today, it is no longer true: new homes are much better constructed. 4. In all phases of the construction of your new home, watch your new construction allowances. Even small over runs add up fast by the time your home is finished.
5. Last but not least , choose a builder who understands and shares your vision and that you can work with . Make sure he is being accommodating for the right reason , not because he has to.
